Where we deliver

We deliver to street addresses throughout South Africa using registered courier partners. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is R120 per order. Orders over R1 500 (incl. VAT) qualify for free standard delivery to main centres. Outlying areas, large items (such as inverters, lithium batteries and large-format printers) and heavy orders may attract an additional charge, which we will confirm before dispatch.

Delivery times

Stock is held in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town. Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clears, with delivery taking a further 1–3 business days to main centres and 3–5 business days to regional areas. Times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Receiving your parcel

Please check that the outer packaging is intact before signing. Note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery note and notify us within 48 hours at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
