3. Prices and availability<\/h2>\n

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT at 15%, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Stock levels are updated from our suppliers several times a day but are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. Despite our care, a price or description may be shown incorrectly; if so, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel without charge.<\/p>\n

4. Orders and quotes<\/h2>\n

Submitting an order or quote request is an offer to buy. A contract is concluded only when we confirm the order in writing and payment has cleared. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.<\/p>\n

5. Payment<\/h2>\n

Payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. EFT orders are held for 3 business days pending proof of payment.<\/p>\n

6. Delivery<\/h2>\n

Delivery is described on our Delivery information<\/a> page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.<\/p>\n

7. Cancellations, returns and warranty<\/h2>\n

8. Product information<\/h2>\n

Product images and specifications are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and are for illustration. Manufacturers may change specifications, packaging and colours without notice. Please confirm critical specifications with us before ordering.<\/p>\n

To the extent permitted by law, including the CPA, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of products bought from us or from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the CPA that cannot be waived.<\/p>\n
