Where a manufacturer runs its own service centres (for example, some laptop brands), warranty claims after the first 6 months may need to be logged directly with that manufacturer. We will assist you with the process.<\/p>\n<h2>What is not covered<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical damage, liquid damage or damage from power surges and lightning<\/li>\n<li>Consumables such as ink, toner, print heads and batteries beyond their rated life<\/li>\n<li>Software issues, viruses, and data loss \u2014 please back up before sending a device in<\/li>\n<li>Products with tampered or removed serial numbers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Logging a claim<\/h2>\n<p>Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number, the product serial number and a description of the fault.
